They really are Freaky Fast. I placed my order at 11:57 and 8 minutes later they arrived at my office with everything correct. The food was delicious and the delivery speed left me stunned speechless. I’ve never had an issue with this location even when doing group orders for work.
All these fast food chains are going downhill with horrible workers !! You better earn your 15 an hr..Or you don’t deserve it !!!! This sandwich was made very poorly . Also giving me butt tomatoes !! And green ones not even ripen yet! Also the salami suppose to be inside the sandwich not outside . Be neat prepare the food with love !! I will not be returning ! Second time to the Cape location and this has to be the absolute worst Jimmy John’s in Lee County… Every. Single. Employee in the store had attitudes- whether it was the drive throughs unwhich orders, the dude slicing meat, or the girl who rang me up; all unpleasant and unhappy people and the customers see, and hear it. There was trash and sealed chip bags over the floor, chip drawers open and needing closed so people don’t trip or bust their shins- and as if the gross attitudes and messy place isn’t enough, they are skimpy on freebies and paid for extras! LOVE Jimmys but will sadly only support the FM locations going forward.
Ordered 6 16 inch subs on Valentine's day ($100 plus order). Tuna was barely visible on the two tuna subs, and we ordered 2 gargantuan subs, only one of which actually was full of meat. We've used this location in the past with good results, but this was really disappointing. We'll be buying our subs elsewhere from now on.
